Terms and Conditions 

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of your total order value is required upon ordering for work to commence, with the final balance due before the final part of your order can be dispatched.This deposit is non-refundable. All prices for stationery include inserts and envelopes.Box envelopes can be purchased seperately to add extra protection to your invitations. If accessories are ordered we require 100% of the order amount before goods can be dispatched. You can order samples of stationery on-line and if paying by cheque, the payment must clear before a sample can be sent.
We accept payments by cheque and PayPal. Cheques should be made to Kerry Tighe . When using PayPal your customer information is dealt with by using the highest standards of security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted format on computers that are not connected to the internet. Proofs:

Within 10 working days we will send your invitation to you for proof reading and we will not proceed until this is signed off by you. It is your responsibility to make sure that all names are correct and  all wording is exactly what you require. Any alterations made after your signed proofs have been returned may incur additional charges. Once the proofs have been returned to us, we then go to print. We will contact you once your order is complete to arrange delivery.

Postage, Packaging and Delivery within the UK:

All our products are sent by special delivery and will require a signature. Our P&P charges range between £2.50 -£10.00 per order dependant on weight. Small orders will be charged at £5.00. Please e-mail us on equiries@somethingblueweddingdesigns.co.uk  for your charge before placing an order with us. We take the up most care to ensure that all items are securely packaged for transport in order for them to reach you in good condition. Samples which are purchased via our website have P&P included in the overall price.

Manufacture:

All designs are handmade to order so occassionally there might be slight variations between items. However, we do endeavour to keep all designs the same.

Safety:

Due to small parts all our handmade designs are unsuitable for children under the age of 5 years.

Returns/Refunds and Cancellations:

All our products are handmade on a made to order basis. In the event of your order being cancelled after proofs are agreed Something Blue has the right to retain the 50% deposit. We will not refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty and work on replacements will only commence once all goods are returned. Please see contact  details for address.

Website prices:

Something Blue has the right to change prices without notice. However, any prices quoted to you in an e-mail or correspondence is valid for a term of 91 days.
